Ann is a General Partner at Engine Ventures. Ann is an experienced executive, investor, and advisor. She currently serves on the boards of Cellino, Droplet Biosciences, Matrisome Bio, Source Bio, Predicta Biosciences, Bexorg, and Vaxess Technologies and is a board observer for Kano Therapeutics. She is a member of the Life Science Council of Springboard Enterprises, advises Harvard’s Blavatnik Fellowship, serves on the Investment Advisory Committee for Prime Coalition, and is a Director of Nucleate.

Previously, Ann held senior roles in business development and strategic venture investment at Sanofi and was part of the team at Flagship Pioneering. She has served on the Board of Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology.

Ann began her career in R&D at 3M and holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
