Colleen is an Operating Partner at Engine Ventures. Colleen is an experienced executive leader with deep knowledge of the complexities of the global energy, power, oil & gas, and energy efficiency industries. Colleen currently serves on the boards of Syzygy Plasmonics, Sublime Systems and Quaise and as a board observer for Emvolon and EVOLOH.

Previously, Colleen spent twenty-five years at GE. She held several roles at the company including, head of GE Energy Ventures, leader of Marketing & Strategy for GE’s Power & Water business and head of the Global Growth Markets platform for Energy Financial Services.

Colleen holds an MBA from University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
