Dan Resnicow is an Operating Partner at Engine Ventures. With over fifteen years of hands-on experience at the lab bench, Dan has developed cutting-edge chemical biology platforms that yielded multiple clinical programs, commercial products, and successful M&A exits. He also brings a decade of leadership experience in business development, licensing, corporate strategy, and operations across both startups and global biopharma organizations, helping to scale biotech ventures, drive fundraising, and establish strategic partnerships. Most recently, Dan was the first employee and VP of Corporate Strategy and BD at Bonito Biosciences, and prior to that served as Senior Director of BD&L at BeiGene and X-Chem Pharmaceuticals. Dan holds a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a B.S. from Brandeis University.
