Bettina is the VP of Investor Relations and Operations at Engine Ventures. Bettina has over a decade of experience in venture capital fund finance and operations. She leads and oversees the firm’s fund financial operations, limited partner reporting, and regulatory compliance, and is responsible for the day-to-day back-office operations.

Prior to joining Engine Ventures, Bettina oversaw investor relations and reporting, fund operations, marketing and compliance at RockPort Capital.

Bettina holds a BA and MBA in Finance and Marketing from Martin Luther University in Halle, Germany, and attended the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota through a year-long German academic exchange program.
