Rachel Sha is an Operating Partner at Engine Ventures. She serves as a Board Member for Axoft and Droplet Biosciences.
She is an entrepreneurial life science executive with a record of strategy setting to transform companies and deal making in innovative therapies. She spent 17 years at Genzyme and Sanofi in leadership roles in business development, strategy, and commercial across a range of disease areas and modalities. Most recently, she was the Global Vice President of Digital Strategy, Partnering and Governance to drive the digital transformation of the company. Rachel holds a BS in Chemistry from MIT and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
